While working at Converga, you have the opportunity to learn while you work. Our Accredited Training partner can develop an individual tailored training program assessing your understanding using through the use of real life work based application.

  • Certificate IV in Business (Recordkeeping)
  • Certificate IV in Customer Contact
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management (in conjunction with Converga Leadership Development Program)

Converga offers also as an extensive range of other internal and external training programs providing essential business skills to those who are looking to either formalise their business experience or learn more about the business environment.
