Chief Executive Officer
Paul is a seasoned international business executive with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific market. Holding various General Management roles centred around Sales, Corporate Strategy, Marketing and New Business revenue generation with a particular focus on translating strategy into practical strategic programs. With Corporate experience covering outsourcing, logistics and distribution with industry experience across ICT, infrastructure, government, services, FMCG and resource sectors.
Complementing this Paul has extensive hands on experience in fast paced, matrix and collaborative environments with a focus on partnerships with a “can do” entrepreneurial approach.
General Manager, New Zealand
Skye is an experienced business executive and has been with Converga since 2003. He has held various senior executive roles focused around driving revenue, profit growth, channel development, developing and executing corporate strategy. Skye lead the successful merger of the New Zealand business in 2012. Prior to his re-appointment as Country Manager in New Zealand, Skye was General Manager, Global Business Services and established the GBS business model for the Philippines. Skye has extensive hands on experience in driving global business growth through various channels, including M&A activities.
Skye is also a Director of Reachmedia and sits on the Board of Trustees for Genesis Youth Trust.
General Manager, Philippines
Since joining Converga in 2010, Daniel has held a number of senior leadership roles within the Group. Daniel is currently responsible for the operational and strategic management of our Philippines division which provides keying, data validation, voice and non-voice back office services to both the Group and our clients.
Daniel is highly skilled in planning, analysis, problem solving and in the designing of cost effective solutions. This experience gives Daniel the ability to understand the larger strategic direction of the Converga business and its clients.
Daniel thoroughly enjoys live music, travelling and spending time with family and friends when in Australia.
General Manager, United States
Michael Hasik is Converga’s Vice President for the Americas Region, where he leads sales, marketing, client services and technology centre operations. Prior to joining Converga in 2011, Michael managed both operational and financial shared services in multi-$B commercial organisations. He also served as Director of Consulting at a company specialising in business process automation software development and delivery.
Michael is a graduate of Duke University and the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
General Manager, Operations Australia
Brian joined Converga in 2007 as an Account Manager for the public sector business. Brian has since held role as Portfolio Director for public/private sector and was promoted in 2010 to General Manager for our Converga Group. Previously, Brian has held senior National Operational positions for international and national companies for more than 20 years. Brian brings experience in project management with national acquisitions, implement strategic change management and organisational direction.
He has attended senior leadership conferences and completed courses in People Performance Management, Managing High Performers and has a Diploma in Retail Management.
Brian has a keen interest in sport, especially Rugby league and oztag. Brian has represented Australia in Oztag, playing in a world cup series and five tests against New Zealand.
Group Finance Manager
Dimitri joined Converga in early 2015 and leads the Finance team for the group. He is an energetic leader who is focused on agreed outcomes and presents a balanced and considered approach to improving the financial performance of the business. Dimitri is a CPA qualified professional with a proven track record in small, medium and large firms. He has solid leadership and people management experience – enjoys driving financial strategy, business performance improvement and developing financial systems and procedures.
Dimitri prides himself on having comprehensive people skills and effective team engagements spanning across a number of multi-million dollar FMCG, legal services, employer membership, manufacturing, property, telecommunications, hospitality and retail organisations. This has been achieved with a firm and clear professional style that delivers on values such as team achievement, team respect and the implementation of stakeholder led solutions within structured disciplines and agreed deadlines.
Dimitri enjoys coaching his son’s soccer team, AFL football and gardening.
General Manager, Business Services
Jane joined Converga in 2009 and is currently responsible for the strategic and operational management of the following business services for the Group; Marketing, People and Culture, Administration and, Sustainability and Quality.
Originally responsible for the organisation’s global marketing efforts Jane has extensive experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to ensure revenue enhancement, market share growth and brand awareness.
Jane has a Bachelor of Business Studies majoring in Marketing and Communication Management. She is passionate about travel, sport, health and wellbeing and spending quality time with family and friends.
General Manager, IT/Infrastructure
Doug is the General Manager of IT/Infrastructure at Converga. Doug joined Converga in 2006 as the IT Manager for Victoria and in 2009 joined the Group Leadership team. In his tenure he has held various roles across IT, professional services and service delivery.
Doug has a Bachelor of Computing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Accounting from Monash University. Prior to Converga, Doug worked in the software development, print and logistics industries.
