Converga launches its Environmental Sustainability Program
Converga is pleased to announce the launch of its Environmental Sustainability Program. The purpose of this project is to achieve on-going improvement to our environmental management practices and to deliver innovative services that will assist our client’s own environmental strategies.
We are currently participating in the Department of Environment and Climate Change NSW “Sustainability Advantage Program”. Throughout the program we will be assessing opportunities to reduce waste generation, enhance waste disposal, measure our greenhouse gas emissions and take actions to reduce our carbon footprint.
During the project we will also map the “life of a document” to conduct research that will determine the environmental impact of our digitisation services, such as Paperless Accounts Payable, Digital Mail and Automated Forms Processing.
This is an exciting project. We look forward to working with our clients, partners and employees and contributing to a better environment.
