eProcure
Converga has developed an intuitive procurement service for clients and their staff that allows them to place and process purchase orders quickly and efficiently. It’s one answer to procurement bottlenecks because the hosted service means that staff can access the eProcure service anywhere, anytime providing they have Internet access.

Online catalogues (hosted by us or by you) allow staff to order approved items based on a defined set of business rules. The feature-rich workflow function routes the purchase orders to the appropriate manager who can approve, reject, re-route or place the purchase order on hold. Once approved, purchase orders are automatically raised and dispatched to the supplier.

Procure 2 Pay (P2P)
