The records management services that we provide to our clients include:

  • Management and administration of electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) applications.

  • File census activities that ensure the integrity of the recordkeeping system.

  • Records disposal programs that help our clients meet their compliance obligations (including through the application of legal holds), and reduce the risks of keeping records for too long.

  • Management of secondary storage contracts, often coupled with proactive records disposal programs that reduce costs for our clients by minimizing the amount of records they need to store.

In addition to our on-site services, Converga has a highly experienced consulting team that offers the following services:

  • Personalised records management training courses.

  • Audits, reviews and evaluations of records and information management programs, systems and practices against best practice and legislative/compliance requirements.

  • Development of disposal schedules.  The schedules we developed for one Federal Government clients were described in August 2007 by the Director General of the NAA as a ‘model for Government’.
