US software company Prodagio Software have announced that they have finalised an exclusive distribution agreement with Australia’s Converga Pty Ltd.
The agreement means that Converga will become the master distributor of Prodagio’s on premise software solutions and their business process outsourcing (BPO) partner for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Philippines.
Prodagio’s entire business software suite is covered by this agreement: Accounts Payable, Contracts Management and Case Management; allowing Converga’s customers access to Prodagio’s best-in-class enterprise business applications across a broad business spectrum. The suite of solutions will be complemented by Converga’s existing Digital Mail, Records Management and Forms Processing solutions forming a complete office automation offering.
Converga is further expanding its position as a leader in BPO services from digital mail offerings, records Management and Forms Processing to Purchase to Pay and financials processes. Converga will utilise Prodagio’s Business Application Platform to offer a one-stop solution offering either on premise or a BPO (hosted) environment; enabling either large enterprise customers or SMEs to enjoy the benefits of lower cost and greater efficiency.
