On-site management of records

Converga Record ManagementSince 1998 Converga has provided permanent, full time records managers on-site in every Australian capital city to manage our clients’ records.  Our current clients include four major Federal Government portfolio agencies (with offices in every State and Territory), and several private sector companies including a major insurer and the Australian subsidiary of a global manufacturing company.

Recently former clients include a major international accounting firm, Federal and State Government agencies, and Local Government councils.

We are one of Australia’s largest employers of permanent, full-time (not contracted) records managers.  We aim to recruit staff who have competencies aligned with national accreditation standards, and offer all our records management staff the opportunity to complete training in Certificate III or IV in Recordkeeping.
