Converga was initially established with the primary purpose of providing a range of services predominantly centred around mailroom tasks.
This quickly evolved as Converga saw a range of additional back office tasks and processes that could be better performed by an organisation that focussed on these tasks and was able to introduce improvements, adopt best practice methods and drive down costs.
