Converga is a 100% owned subsidiary of NZ Post and joins their extensive list of strategic investments in Australia within the Information Technology (IT), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and logistics markets.

Converga began operations as Outsource Australia (OSA) in 1994, then known primarily as an innovative outsourcing concept of mail, logistics, reprographics and record management operations. With the demand for Information Management services OSA developed "Converga" which specialised in Business Process Outsourcing with a focus on automation.

With changes in the market and technology becoming more sophisticated every day, it was obvious that traditional paper based services were becoming fully automated. OSA recently moved to adopt "Converga" for the whole company - Welcome to Converga.
